Dinky Box

This month we also made a Dinky Box. Inspiration for this box is from Sam Donald - Pootles (http://pootles.co.uk). I saw this box and knew I would have to make this in a class. It is so cute!
It uses a full sheet of the DSP Paper Stack. How easy is that? And, I love the look of sponging all the edges, just the right touch. Four Hershey Nuggets fit perfectly.
Paper: Moonlight DSP Paper Stack, Whisper White
Stamp Sets: A Round Array
Ink: Lost Lagoon, Hello Honey
Ribbon: Lost Lagoon - 3/8" Stitched Satin
Punches: Small Oval Punch, 7/8" Scallop Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch
4 Hershey Nuggets (Extra Creamy Milk Chocolate with Toffee & Almonds - yum)

Label Card Thinlits

This month we did a Label swing card, Hello Honey!
Cardstock: Hello Honey, Whisper White and Moonlight DSP Paper Stack
Stamp Sets: Flowering Flourishes, Feel Goods, Regarding Dahlias, Petite Petals
Inks: Hello Honey and Blackberry Bliss
Other: Label Card Framelits, White Organza Ribbon, Rhinestones, Pansy Punch, and Whisper White Envelope

And, on the flip side:

Retired Stamp Sale Door Prizes

Thanks to my customers that came out for my retired Stamp Sale!
Here is a picture of the Door Prizes I gave away. I made the roses with the Pansy Punch and they turned out really cute!

Blooming with Kindness

Today's card is for Susan! When I saw this Teapot Tuesday challenge (from Splitcoaststampers), I knew I had to participate. This beautiful lady was recently diagnosed with chronic myelogenous leukemia and diabetes. Wow! It has brought her life to a halt, for the time being. I knew I wanted to send this total stranger some words of encouragement and let her know I was praying for her! This really touched my heart because my Dad has leukemia and is the primary caregiver to my Mother, whom has Alzheimer's disease. I love that my cards can reach out and bring a smile to someone in need. Happy Stamping!
