Tone on Tone - #GDP009

Tone on tone with a little silver bling! For this week's Global Design Project colour challenge, I used Peaceful Wreath and Brushstrokes stamp sets. The Brushstrokes stamp set was stamped on Watermelon Wonder cardstock using Watermelon Wonder ink.
The Wreath was stamped on Mint Macaron cardstock with Mint Macaron ink. I used a Blender Pen to color in the holly leaves. The berries were colored in with Watermelon Wonder ink. It was die-cut with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits. To give it some shine, I heat embossed the wreath with clear embossing powder.
A die-cut Noel and silver cording trim with tiny ornaments finish it off.

Cardstock: Tip Top Taupe, Mint Macaron, Watermelon Wonder, Silver Foil Sheets
Inks: Mint Macaron, Watermelon Wonder, VersaMark

This card was made for the Global Design Project CASE Challenge GDP008. A CASE usually means Copy and Steal Everything or Copy and Share Everything. In this case, it means Copy and Selectively Edit. That means, I can use anything on this card for inspiration. I chose to copy the layout and make this a Christmas Card. Please leave me a comment and thanks for stopping by!

Timeless Love - #GDP005

I chose Timeless Love stamp set for this week's Global Design Project's colour challenge. The sentiment font is very nice, love the "You make my heart smile" stamp! The florals can be used on a variety of cards.
For this card I used the "Happy Anniversary" stamp. I wanted this card to be very soft so these colors were perfect. Added a few pearls, even made a heart shape with pearls!
Thank you for stopping by! I do appreciate your comments.

Zoo Baby!

I made this Zoo Baby card for the PPA243 Color Challenge. These little zoo animals are so cute. They would be so sweet on a 3" x 3" card to go along with a gift.

PPA238 - Regarding Dahlias

Ink pad - check! Blender pen - check! Beautiful Flower Stamp - check!
Give me an ink pad and a blender pen and I am a happy girl! With blender pen in hand, I created this card for the PPA color challenge. The three vertical score lines and Thank You sentiment in Basic Gray add a touch of sophistication, like a beautiful set of Crane stationery. The flower square was Smooched for a hint of shimmer.
Leave me a comment. Thanks for stopping by!

Eiffel Tower Lovable You Blog Hop

I am so excited for the first, 2015 Paper Crafters Sampler blog hop! Who doesn’t love Paris and the beauty it offers? What more iconic image is there than the amazing structure of the Eiffel Tower. Join us to see what this talented group of paper artists have compiled.

Take a peek at the Eiffel Tower I made using the template featured in the January 2015, Lovable You, issue.

Eiffel Tower

Spire

For my Eiffel Tower, I used Brushed Gold cs and my handy-dandy Paper Snips to cut it out. The edges were die-cut with the Finishing Touches Edgelits. I sponged all the edges with Soft Suede ink. The flaps were topped with Gold Foil Vellum (Hearts pattern).
For the banner, I used the One Tags Fits All ss. Stamped the Banner in Encore Gold Metallic ink and attached with 1/8” Gold Ribbon.
Just had to top it off with a lot of bling (Rhinestones) and there you have it.

The Gold Brushed cs actually looks like metal and has such a nice shimmer to it!  So, shimmer and bling, hope you like it!
Now, click the button below to head over to next stop and see what the talented Avery Murphy has made.
If you'd like to go back to the previous stop, head back to the talented Kerry Bunting.
I love comments, let me know what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hugs,
Pam
