PPA310 Sketch Challenge

This is the first card I have created using the Jar of Love stamp set. This stamp set was high on my wish list when the new catalog was released. I have a collection of Blue Mason Jars that I use in my Studio to hold paint brushes (and, anything I can fit in them)!
For the PPA310 sketch challenge, I created a card with a Blue Mason Jar filled with flowers. As a matter of fact, I have two Blue Mason Jars filled with flowers on my Farm Table, in the Dining Room. I think you get the picture (I love Blue Mason Jars)! Ha!
This birthday card was created for my daughter-in-law (Ms. K). I think she will love it!
Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment!

It's a Pattern Party - July Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for July 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are featuring projects using our favorite Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper as well as coordinating embellishments. What we love about Stampin’ Up! is they make it so easy to mix and match colors. And, the amazing selection of embellishments provides a wonderful finished look to our projects. We hope to provide you with lots of ideas and that you enjoy our creations.
You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

Close-up of Sentiment with the cute White Mini Pompom Trim

It was so hard to choose a DSP (Designer Series Paper) to highlight for this blog hop.  So many beautiful collections, it was hard to decide. For my card, I chose the Fruit Stand DSP because it is so bright and happy. I love, love, love the color combination of this particular pattern. Flowers, lemons, leaves and fresh. The strawberries were fussy-cut from the same paper. To contrast the flowers and strawberries, I chose to use the striped Peekaboo Peach paper for the envelope flap and to stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment on the card. Add on the flirty, Whisper White Mini Pompom Trim and voila! Just a happy card to bring a smile! Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment!
Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!
